Whenever I wear this sweater dress, I get compliments. It’s such an easy throw on and go piece, and the neutral colors go with everything. I just picked it up in the long sleeve version for fall/winter, and I’ll share that one in Sunday’s YouTube video. I also just got this Bottega inspired handbag, and the quality is really good! Some might think this is a boring outfit. I like that it’s fairly basic, with little details that make it feel a bit more put together. The top is a Henley, a staple of fall fashion, but it’s ribbed and has the most delicate puff to the shoulders. Love this tracksuit, and not just for travel! It’s great for running errands too! Wearing the tracksuit in a small and went tone on tone with the ribbed tank underneath. If you look closely, I’m wearing my favorite sunglasses-I tried the monovision contact lens idea and it’s definitely something I’m going to try again for big events until I get the go ahead to wear contacts in both eyes. Anyone else wear one contact in one eye for distance and nothing in the other eye to see up close? Let me know!

Where to go after a spray tan when you can’t put on makeup for awhile? The movies! I wanted to wear clothes that were soft, covered my arms and legs (for the most part) and were cozy enough to sit in for the 2 hour+ movie we were headed to watch. I grabbed my cashmere throw because it’s ALWAYS cold in the movies and I definitely needed it. We went to see the new Reagan movie and it was fantastic! I was surprised how emotional I was at the end-we all know how it ends! Definitely recommend if you haven’t seen it yet!

Wore this outfit last night to an Eastern Mah Jong class and we had the best time! I really want to re-learn American style and find a group to play with regularly, but until then, this works! This blouse has lots of fun details-there’s a hidden snap at the top to hold it together, ties at the neck that I like to leave open, and elastic at the hem to give it a tucked in look without having to tuck it in. It’s Labor Day Weekend, and everything I’m wearing is on sale (except the purse). The exact color of my top is sold out BUT it comes in 4 other options AND now it’s available in long sleeve as well. Are these my best pictures? No. But these are some of my favorite pics from our trip to Vermont because the day itself was GLORIOUS!! Also, this outfit worked so well for breakfast, playing tourist and then traveling back home (90 minute drive to Albany, flight from Albany to Chicago, layover in Chicago and then flight home to San Antonio).
