Our family is really loving these modern manners books to read with your kids! The one for kids would be great for ages 3-12, and they also have a teenage book.

It says you can take four pills, but I just take ONE. It works like a charm, so I’d stay to start with one or two and go up from there as needed.

I take at night before bed with a glass of water, and by morning… let’s just say, make sure you’re near a bathroom!
