Our family is really loving these modern manners books to read with your kids! The one for kids would be great for ages 3-12, and they also have a teenage book.

We think some of this stuff is common sense or intuitive, but in reality, we need to teach our kids good manners. Things like being polite with food, or using kind words. On the back of each page, there are some questions and role play for situations your kids might find themselves in!

It says you can take four pills, but I just take ONE. It works like a charm, so I’d stay to start with one or two and go up from there as needed.

I take at night before bed with a glass of water, and by morning… let’s just say, make sure you’re near a bathroom!
