I found this product line a couple of years ago and fell in love INSTANTLY with the throat spray. I always have this on hand and have a few extra bottles stored up just in case. It is hands down the best. I use the second my throat feels a bit scratchy.

Hands down my new favorite notebooks. I say new because I had a favorite notebook that I used to buy and they quit carrying it in the States, so I legit ordered from the UK, until I could no longer get them there any longer. I wondered if I would ever find a new love, well I have. I have no telling how many of these listed, like multiples of multiples. Haha. One thing I can tell you, is I have got you covered in the notebook department!!! I am a professional notebook consumer. You need this in your life. You do!
