I love this workout! Rucking is involves walking or hiking while carrying a weighted backpack, known as a ruck or rucksack. I love this colorful version from Jetti.

Where are my friends with coarse thick hair? Summer is not my friend! I book blow out packs of 10 in NYC to have someone else deal with my hair. Completely worth it.

I keep it fresh with a few favorites and can make it from Monday until I jump in the pool on Saturday.
