Gone are the days when I can just “wing it” when it comes to my diet on wellness on a trip or vacation. I have to be very intentional about what I eat and proactive with the vitamins I take to make sure that traveling doesn’t take me out once I get back so here are some of the smoothie mixes, vitamins and supplements that I take to make sure that I can feel my best while I’m away. Vitamin C & Elderberry from @cymbiotika @drinkag1 is in the blue container I show at the end I was just out of travel packets so I used a baby formula container. My smoothie packets are from @just.ingredients I just mix with almond milk and my kachava bars are to help ward off being hangry and bonus my kids love these bars too!
