Pomegranate Spritz ✨

Another recipe coming at ya! Sorry to the girlies who can’t decide which one to make! 🥰😆

Pomegranate deserves lots of love this time of year! They are full of antioxidants, ani-inflammatory and provide gut, immune and brain health!

AND I learned how to successfully get the seeds out of a ripe pomegranate. Such an accomplishment at 33! Lol

As promised, I included both an individual recipe and a batch recipe.

Ingredients
• 2 oz pomegranate juice
• 2 oz fresh orange juice
• 2 tsp honey
• 1 oz gin alternative
• 2 oz Club Soda
• Garnish: pomegranate arils + thyme + orange slice

Batch Version:
• 2 cups pomegranate juice
• 2 cups fresh orange juice
• 2 oz honey
• 6 oz gin alternative
• 16 oz+ Club Soda
• Garnish: pomegranate arils + thyme + orange slic

North Pole Pom 😍

Okay this one I threw together on a whim! The lighting looked so cool and decided to grab my phone and shoot this drink!

I used some fresh pomegranate juice and grabbed some fresh OJ to go with it. And needed some bubbly so topped with club soda.

Garnishes this time of year are EVERYTHKNG (!!!) so I used some festive rosemary, pomegranate and orange slices!

Ingredients
• 2 oz pomegranate juice
• 2 oz orange juice
• top with club soda
• Garnish: Rosemary, orange slices, pomegranate seeds

I say this every year (and it still holds true) If theres one mocktail recipe you make of mine, THIS IS IT!!

This is hands down my favorite drink for the holidays and it never disappoints. It’s super easy to throw together and your guests will be so impressed. It’s stunning to look at and tastes even better. People will be coming back for seconds, I can promise you that.

Add a bottle of non-alcoholic prosecco and 1/2 gallon of apple cider together. Top with cranberries, rosemary, cinnamon sticks, and apple slices.

Ingredients (serves 6-8)
• 1 bottle of NA Prosecco
• 1/2 gallon of apple cider
• rosemary
• apple slices
• cinnamon sticks
• cranberries

I’m going to be honest… I never had a pear [in my life] until I started making mocktails! lol but now with all the recipe testing I do, I can’t help but try new foods!

Are you a pear fan? This mocktail is so well flavored with pear, sage and some lemonade! And it’s a no carbonation drink!

Ingredients
• 2 oz pear juice
• 1/2 small lemon juiced
• 2 oz lemonade
• 4 sage leaves
• Garnish: pear slice and sage leaves

Caramel Apple Mocktail 🍏

This one was SO FUN to recreate! Just a couple ingredients and you have a sour and sweet mocktail inspired by the classic caramel apple sucker.

I made some homemade date caramel instead of store bought! Just grab some dates, soak them in hot water and then add to a food processor with some of that date water. The green apple juice I made with my juicer! You can also use a blender and strain!

Ingredients
• 1 Tbs date “caramel”
• 4 oz green apple juice
• 1 oz lemon juice
• club soda

Here’s the next mocktail in my Holiday mocktail series and it’s one with just THREE ingredients. The festive color is sure to get you in the holiday spirit!

This is a perfect batch mocktail to make if you’re hosting friends and family or something to take with you to share!

Grab your favorite bottle of non-alcoholic bubbly rosé, fresh cranberry juice and 1 -2 large lemons (juiced). Combine the ingredients in your pitcher, stir together and top with cranberries! Serve and enjoy with your favorite people!

INGREDIENTS
