My Christmas mantel is done and ready for YOU to replicate! I grabbed some new additions this year from Wayfair including faux cedar garland (that looks so real!), fairy lights, straw ornaments and taper candles to create this easy and simple look. Everything was delivered amazingly quickly so I could get this project done ASAP.

The holiday season is rapidly approaching! Now is the time to grab the decor that might be on your list before it sells out. I’ve got a simple way to decorate a mantel that just uses a short list of pieces: faux garlands, fairy lights, mini straw ornaments, candles, and stockings.

I can't believe we're rounding the corner on a year with our daughter in our lives. We've spent MANY, many hours in this corner of her room - whether we're reading, nursing, or it's just a place for me to perch while she crawls around to play, it's one of my favorite spots to be!

All the heart eyes for this little bedroom refresh! It’s the little things that make all the difference sometimes isn’t it?

I’m so excited to share our refreshed bedroom! I picked up three key new pieces from Wayfair (that’s it!) to give it a calm, inviting, and cozy look. Can you guess what they are? It’s the quilted white shams, plaid pillows, and a set of six gallery frames. No major furniture purchases here! Sometimes all you need to have a big impact on a room is a few small changes. Candle sconces are one of those little things that can make a big difference on your walls! Use them to flank art, to add coziness to an entryway, or put them up above your fireplace mantel. I love the charm of these!

The Coastal Modern Entryway!

Next up is this coastal modern entryway designed around a woven bench! This feels like the simplest of the three and would work really nicely if you don’t need storage. It does offer a perch to put on your shoes or set down a bag though, so it’s definitely still functional in its own way.

The Fresh Classic Entryway!

For the last design, I went with some classic elements and patterns like turned wood legs and plaid, but also mixed in some unexpected pieces like the knobby lamp and flared scalloped light fixture. It has a great balance of masculine and feminine features, don’t you think?

This three drawer chest makes for a hardworking entryway piece. I love drawers here for storing all those odds and ends that collect in a foyer. It’s small, but mighty! This one is a bit of an investment piece, but the quality of construction and materials can be worth it. You can also hunt for similar antique pieces that may be a little less expensive.

The funky, new traditional entryway!

Don’t tell the other designs, but this one might be my favorite of the three. I love the individual pieces like the fun fruit still life art, the waterfall edge console table, and the brass candle sconces, but it’s the overall feeling I get when I see it that really has me!

This downstairs guest bath is small, but mighty. It turned out so cute with its blue tile shower, brass and polished nickel touches, and v-groove paneling. I love how it turned out! For ALL the details, including sources, head to the blog!

We turned this Jack and Jill bath into a true primary bathroom for the adjacent bedroom and couldn't be happier with the results. Closing off a door and stealing a little closet space allowed us to bring in a double vanity and have enough space for two people to now use this bathroom comfortably. I'm thrilled with how this e-design project turned out
