It just depends on your preference! ✨ 1lb of pasta ✨2 T chicken boullion to salt pasta water ✨1lb bag of corn (2 cups) ✨4 oz cream cheese (room temperature) ✨4 Tablespoons of butter ✨2 teaspoons paprika ✨3 teaspoons chilli powder ✨1 cup mayo ✨3/4 cup sour cream ✨juice of 4 limes ✨1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese ✨salt and pepper to taste ✨cilantro for garnish ✨cotija or queso fresco 1. Bring water to a boil, add chicken bouillon, cook pasta al dente. 2. In a pan, melt butter, add corn (frozen or grilled), and cream cheese, once cream cheese is fully melted turn off stove. 3. Add chili powder, paprika, garlic zest, mayo, sour cream, and Parmesan. 4. Combine cooked pasta and corn mixture, add lime juice, salt and pepper and mix well. 5.
