Walking Buddies Experience Gift!
When the holidays are over, plenty of people begin their New Years fitness programs. Why not offer to be your friend or loved one’s “walking buddy” for the new year?! You can even gift it for the holidays! Offer to meet up with that person for a set number of times a week (2-4) to walk for at least 30 minutes. You can make this fun by choosing a different location for each walk and switching locations between indoors and outdoors. (Plenty of people walk at indoor malls!) THIS COSTS NO MONEY but prioritizes time spent together over “stuff”!
