Getting Back into the Groove💪🏻 FableticsPartner I’ve mentioned a few times recently on stories that I’ve been trying to get back into working out on a regular basis... or at least with some sort of schedule in mind.🤷🏻‍♀️ I was so used to scheduled, regulated workouts after years of dancing. However, once I stopped dancing I definitely cut down on working out quite a bit. I lost a lot of the motivation that I used to have from being in a group fitness environment. Once I was just doing it on my own, I just felt less obligated. Recently, after months of feeling “off” (for a variety of reasons). I decided to download a fitness app and start a program that scheduled step-by-step workouts for me. So far it’s been pretty good! Self-motivating isn’t the easiest, but it’s been SO rewarding to just get off my butt and get moving. PLUS I feel better after every workout I do, even if I was dreading it beforehand. So, just goes to show you that even if you don’t want to... just do it!😜 What are some new habits or habits that you’ve brought back into your life recently?
