✨ SOME FRIDAY SELF-CARE REMINDERS ✨ 🤍 Go outside to get some fresh air & sun!☀️ I’m about to head out for a quick walk around the neighborhood in my cozy, new @fabletics set!🥰 (FableticsPartner) Especially with working from home over the last few months, I try to get out of my apartment and go for a walk every day! It makes a HUGE difference in my mood. 💧 Stay hydrated! I don’t know about all of you, but I’ve been drinking more wine than usual during this week.🍷🙃 Do me a favor & pour yourself a glass or two of h2o! 😌 Rest! Allow yourself to take both mental & physical breaks if & when you need them. This has been the longest Tuesday ever 😅. 🍽 Eat healthy & filling meals! In times of stress or anxiety, I’m always less focused on eating and sometimes I “forget” to eat and it just makes my stress worse. Plus then I end up with a stomach ache.
