Good morning! Lots of new faces here today!!

I’m Maura and I started a small habit of getting dressed everyday while I was postpartum with baby #2. What started out as an experiment has made a huge impact! As one of my BFFs said, it helped me get my groove back. I feel more like myself, which can be hard with so many competing demands put on women!

Anyway, I’m glad you’re here!

Today I’m wearing my favorite Alex Mill sweater. My husband thinks I’m wearing it backwards but I swear it’s meant to be worn both ways, right @alexmillny? 😆

Friendly reminder today, getting dressed is self-care. Six months postpartum I felt really crummy, frumpy, I started getting dressed every day as a small way to impact my mood. This small act each day has been a game changer for me!
