When the whole house sleeps great it’s a major win!! I love to sleep with it cold, 68 degrees to be exact. I never want our kids to wake up because they’re too cold so I set the thermostat to 71 degrees and found myself sweating during the night. I was introduced to the brand @sheex and they have put so much technology into all their bedding. I personally went for the Arctic Aire line and I’m so happy I did!
