This book will have you wondering: Does the past ever truly stay buried? If you want to read a book about three badass women who face not only their past but their current problems and are bonded even more because of it, this book is for you. Hepworth tells the story by switching between the three sisterβs POVs and switching between past and present with notes from a psychiatrist. I absolutely loved the way she did this because it really helped with character develop development and allows the reader to connect with each character even more. Darling Girls is a much slower- paced thriller than what Iβm used to reading (someone called it βa slow burn suspenseβ), but the twist at the end make the slower pace worth it in my opinion. This was my first book by Sally Hepworth, and I cannot wait to pick up another one! π·οΈ WhatMCReads sallyhepworth darlinggirls StMartinsPress goodbooks thrillerbooks thrillerbookrecs thrillerbookreview tbr thrillersuspense suspense goodreads TBRList BookReview LTKHome LTKVideo LTKFindsUnder50
