Morning smoothie: 3 servings
Cup of water
Cup of Ice
Cup of Frozen berries
Handful of Spinach
Spoonful of Peanut butter
2 Whole bananas
Chunk of ginger (or ginger spice)
A spoonful of Flax seed
Turmeric
Cinnamon
Pepper
Sea salt
2 Scoops of Equilibria Nutri-Greens
