The past couple of years I have made a point of embracing January for what it is. A time to watch movies by the fire, make big bowls of pasta for dinner, and sleep under lots of blankets at night. But I must say I am looking forward to the days when the sunshine floods in through the windows and you can step outside without a jacket.
