Happy Monday!💗 not going to lie, I was so tempted to hit snooze when my alarm went off this morning. But here we are; ready to tackle another week. I’ve been loving getting up first thing in the morning to do 30-45 minutes of cardio on my @myxfitness bike, followed by a @melissawoodhealth flow. What’s your favorite type of workout? I’ve really stuck to my goal this year to get my body moving more. And now I’m feeling stronger and healthier than ever.
