Did you end up buying anything from the Black Friday sales? Wearing one of my purchases here, this @jennikayne alpaca knit 🦙 I’d been wanting to try this brand out for a while, and figured that the sale would be my golden opportunity. And overall, I’m pretty pleased with this buy. The knit is a mix with a little bit of polyamide, which as someone who owns knitwear in abundance, was noticeable to me when I pulled it out of the box. It’s subtle, and clearly wasn’t enough for me to feel unhappy with my buy. A big part of this purchase for me was the silhouette and style 🤍 I’ve been on the hunt for an airy, oversized knit like this which looks chic worn tucked or loose, for ages. And this ticked all the boxes; simple in style, a slightly puffy collar, a tunic-like length through the body, and predominantly natural fibres. I’m wearing the size S here (my usual size) and can say it’s a really generous fit. If you’re petite and have had your eye on this sweater, I’d suggest sizing down one. I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t tempted to also buy this style in the charcoal, as well as take the opportunity to order their cashmere cardigan too 🙈 One thing to note if you’re based outside of the US which I was made aware of today… international orders aren’t eligible for returns. I’d checked the regular returns policy and wasn’t aware there was a different standard for overseas shoppers, so if you are in Aus like me (or elsewhere) do bear that in mind. I’ll share some try on clips and extra pics in my stories but let me know if you have any other questions in the comments! 😚
