Is there industry in the area like a power plant or manufacturing that brings in high level seasonal workers? 2. Is there a local or regional hospital that draws traveling doctors and nurses? 3. Is the local area encouraging commerce and actively growing? 4. Is it a thoroughfare on the way through two larger areas and a route where people drive through a lot? Sometimes you just need to look in your own back yard for a slam dunk market.
