When a guests asks for a discount we always respond with this message:
“Thanks so much for reaching out, we currently do not have any promotions we are running on this channel. Our business name is MHM LUXURY PROPERTIES and you can find us on socials under that name. Please feel free to reach out there as we occasionally run promotions for guests who follow us”
Once they reach out on social media we are then able to speak freely and educate them that they will always get the best rates when they book directly because they are not paying airbnb fees.
We make more money because we are able to charge a little more per night on our website but our guests save money because they are not paying the middle man Win/WIN for everyone!
