Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef 1 can kidney beans 1 can tomato sauce 1 packet chili seasoning 1 box jiffy cornbread mix (+ ingredients) Toppings: sour cream, cheese, green onion Directions: 1. Brown and drain ground beef. Add kidney beans, tomato sauce, and chili seasoning. Simmer for 20 minutes. 2. Spoon into oven safe bowls. (2/3 full) 3. Prepare cornbread mix.
