 This quote arrived in my inbox from my favorite meditation guru @lightwatkins. It was perfect timing after finishing a book I started reading on vacation written by a friend and fellow blogger I admire @christenbensten. Five years ago when I was thinking about starting my own blog I approached christen for advice on how to get started.
