I love the simple ingredients in here (very clearly labeled on the side of the box): things like chickpea, tapioca, and pea protein. It’s 100% gluten-free, low in sugar + high in protein...but most importantly, it’s GOOD and tastes like my childhood classics (none of which I can eat anymore since being diagnosed with celiac disease).
