SLS free toothpaste is a game changer for canker sores! I went from having them all the time to maybe once a year. I would recommend getting fluoride, I accidentally got a fluoride free one because I wasn’t paying attention this time. When I do get a canker sore, I zap it with my red light. If I get it right away, it won’t even come up. It works for cold sores as well. Mine was a really expensive one that a friend recommended but I hear the less expensive ones are just as good and actually have better reviews. This is supposed to be the best castor oil and I cover my face in it when I sleep. Hoping that it helps my eyebrows and skin in general.
