I sometimes feel that light blue can come across as a neutral depending on what colour you pair it with. I originally had on black shoes but the blue didn’t seem like strong enough of a colour paired with the black jeans, so I swapped the black shoes for shiny red. Then throw in an animal print tote and it’s not quite as basic. The jeans are Levi’s Baggy Dad jeans and I found them secondhand.
