Prentals: 12 key nutrients. I love that’s it’s only 2 capsules and very easy on the stomach. Then you can add on supplements based on your personal needs

Choline supplement: 550mg of choline! I added this on my 2nd trimester and I feel like it has made such a huge difference! My energy level has been great and it supports my baby’s (and mine!) brain health

Essential protein powder: 20g of plant based protein + 250mg of choline! This is super helpful in me reaching my protein goals + a great way to get extra choline or mix and match with the supplements if you don’t want to take as many supplements and prefer a shake instead. *I also linked the 18+ version if you prefer to not take additional choline and just want the 20g of protein

(In my 3rd trimester my goal is now reaching between 600-900 mg of choline)
