This is super helpful in me reaching my protein goals + a great way to get extra choline or mix and match with the supplements if you don’t want to take as many supplements and prefer a shake instead. *I also linked the 18+ version if you prefer to not take additional choline and just want the 20g of protein (In my 3rd trimester my goal is now reaching between 600-900 mg of choline)
