Photo & highchair backdrop!
-I did not make my own ballon arch this time, we used a local company Blue Lime Events & added the ONE giant light sign.

-Aarons dad made the wooden arch backdrop do us. It folds down down for easy storage so we can use in the future, I will have those plans linked as well as a DYI ballon arch link!

Here is our cake it was custom made by Jess local baker & owner of Creative Sweets Bakery!

This was the perfect mile stone picture party display!

Little sweet & cake display table 🖤 next to it we had the eating station, we catered In delivery sub sandwiches.

I had display boards at each station like: sweets, food, drinks & gifts. I linked our table covers as well we used! Along with some other things.

Our theme was ONE HAPPY DUDE! High chair & smash cake topper details!

My Homemade smash cake & frosting:
CAKE INGREDIENTS:
-2 cups super-fine blanched almond flour
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 large overripe bananas
3 eggs beaten
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray two 6 inch cake pans with non-stick cooking spray. Line the bottom of the pans with a piece of parchment paper cut so that they they fit the bottom of the pans.
2. In a large bowl, mix together almond flour, cinnamon and baking soda (and salt, if using).
3. In a separate bowl, mix together the mashed bananas, eggs, applesauce and vanilla extract.
4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined (do not over mix).
5. Divide mixture evenly between the two baking pans.
6. Bake in oven for 25 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool before removing from the cake pan.
7. Meanwhile, prepare frosting of choice. We chose to to frost the cake with homemade unsweetened whipped cream. Using a knife, spread a thin layer of frosting on the bottom layer of the cake. Place the top layer on the bottom layer and continue to apply frosting until the entire cake is covered. Top with desired toppings.

FROSTING:
INGREDIENTS:

-8 oz cream cheese (full fat), softened to room temperature
-1½ cup Greek yogurt, I used plain full fat
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS:
1. Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl
2. Using a hand mixer on medium speed whip all the ingredients together until smooth and fluffy (about 5 minutes), scraping down the sides as needed. If your frosting is turning out runny, just keep whipping it and it should turn out thick and fluffy. Alternatively, you can use a stand mixer.

3. Use frosting on desired recipe and enjoy. This recipe will yield enough to frost 18 cupcakes or a 8-9 inch cake.
