Current teething items we been using at 17 months! ** HOW TO USE COPAIBA OIL: Many essential oil users dilute one drop of copaiba essential oil in a tablespoon of fractionated coconut oil. Then, dip your finger in the diluted oil and gently rub it into the sore gums. #LTKbaby
ESSENTIAL OIL TEETHING METHODS- 1. COPAIBA OIL-Put a little bit of fractionated coconut oil on a clean finger, add one drop of copaiba oil, and rub on the baby's gums. Or you can make a mixture of both in an oil roller, either leave the roller on or take it off. 2. ADD these oils in a roller: 3 drops lavender, 2 drops frankincense, 1 drop roman chamomile & Fractionated Coconut Oil. -instructions: Add the essential oils to a 10mL roller bottle and top off with fractionated coconut oil. -how to use it: Apply to the baby's jawline. Applying regularly is key when using oils! You can apply this often, depending on the fussiness of the baby. I like to roll it on several times throughout the day, and I will reapply if the baby wakes up overnight. #LTKbaby
NATURAL TEETHING REMEDIES: CLOVE OIL- before applying it directly on to your baby’s gums, dilute the clove oil by adding some almond oil or other mild essential oil in it because clove oil is very strong and if used without diluting, it may harm the baby. clove oil should be used with utmost care when using for babies. This is because if it is used in more than required amounts, it can upset your baby’s tummy and may also cause blisters or bleeding in the gums. Self efficient toddler bathroom set up (Montessori inspired) Faucet extender and the faucet handle pulley has been a huge game changer for her to be self efficient and she loves it! I had to add a mirror so she could see her self as she’s short like her mama :) TOOTHBRUSH: The sonic one for a older toddler with all teeth. I linked our favorite baby tooth brush the one we use now for AJ who is 15 months old. For our potty training toilet setup I’ll be putting a stair ladder on the toilet (that’s what we use downstairs while we are in the thick of potty training) until she really gets the hang of it then I’ll switch to a fold down adult and toddler set option (linked below) and have her use the steps, right now we use steps and the bnjour toilet seat. I also added a travel potty seat when out and about it folds up! #LTKkids
