CHOCOLATE MINT ICE CREAM (NINJA CREAMI) INGREDIENTS * 1 cup Chocolate Fairlife 2% Milk * 1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder  I use Chocolate Brownie Batter by Clean Simple Eats * 2 tbsp. Sugar-Free Chocolate Pudding Mix * 1/4 tsp. Peppermint Extract * Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips INSTRUCTIONS Take a Ninja Creami pint container and fill it up with all the ingredients except chocolate chips. Next, take your frother and froth until all are combined. If you do not have a frother you can use a blender.
 Freeze the mix for at least 8 hours but I typically like to do it overnight for about 24 hours so it can completely harden.
 Take the container out and put it into the Ninja Creami and then blend on “Lite Ice Cream.”
 Remove from the Ninja Creami and check to see what it looks like.
 If it has a nice creamy texture then you can skip the next step. However, if the ice cream looks crumbly or a little stiff, make a hole in the middle and add about 1-2 tsp. of milk.
 If needing to add milk, put it back in the machine and hit “re-spin”.
 While it is spinning, melt some chocolate and spread on wax paper super thin.
 Let it harden then peel off and break into the pint and then hit "mix-ins".
 After it's done mixing, take it out, add some more chocolate chips and enjoy!
