EGGNOG NINJA CREAMI ICE CREAM Ingredients: • 1.5 cup Almond Nog (You can use regular Eggnog, I just wanted to be a little healthier but still have the same flavors) • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (I use Simply Vanilla by @CleanSimpleEats) • 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract • Sprinkle of Cinnamon, Cloves, and Nutmeg Directions: Take a Ninja Creami pint container and fill it up with all the ingredients. Next, take your frother and froth until all are combined. If you do not have a frother you can use a blender. Freeze the mix for at least 8 hours but I typically like to do it overnight for about 24 hours so it can completely harden. Take the container out and put it into the Ninja Creami and then blend on “Lite Ice Cream.” Remove from the Ninja Creami and check to see what it looks like. If it has a nice creamy texture then you can skip the next step. However, if the ice cream looks crumbly or a little stiff, make a hole in the middle and add about 1-2 tsp. of milk. If needing to add milk, put it back in the machine and hit “re-spin”. Top with more spices and enjoy!
