Just one more reason to love zinnias! ❤️🌸Not everyone has space for raised beds or flower beds…luckily zinnias do fabulous in pots or containers! 🙌🏻 While zinnia seeds can certainly thrive in pots, it’s important to opt for the smaller or dwarf variety of seeds for container gardening success. Last season, I had fantastic results using Thumbelina Zinnia elegans from @botanical_interests and the Zinnia Envy container variety from Ferry~Morse, conveniently found at @walmart! Here are a few others from @parkseedco that also do well in pots…Dreamland, Magellan & Profusion! I’ll be trying Magellan this year! Always make sure to check the height listed on the seed packets or seeking out those labeled as container varieties is key. Taller zinnias can get a bit unruly in pots, although they can still work with a bit of extra care! 🌸Here’s a handy tip: more seeds equals more blooms! This approach is perfect if you’re short on garden space or simply want to sprinkle color across your yard or deck. Just remember to provide them with full sun exposure and consistent watering! 👉🏻Have you tried planting zinnias in pots before?
