My other costume was melted ice cream! I made the cone out of paper and attached to a headband with string. The makeup is all eyeshadow and eyeliner! I used what I had at home, but 10/10 recommend the Tresluce gel liners because they pop so well! LTKunder50 LTKbeauty LTKHoliday
