Let’s meal prep snacks for my toddlers! Comment “snack” to get the grocery list of what you need + my favorite dye free sprinkles🧁I had a lot of these things in my fridge already - i was trying to focus on snacks with protein and substance to keep them fuller longer! Here’s what you need:

Protein muffin bites:
* favorite protein pancake mix for the base (i love using @kodiakcakes )
* toppings of choice such as fruit, chocolate chips, peanut butter etc.
* mini muffin pan
Mix your protein pancake mix as normal for the base. Pour the mixture in a greased mini muffin pan. Add different toppings to each muffin & mix well with a toothpick. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.

Turkey Cheese rollups:
* croissant dough
* deli meat of choice (we use turkey)
* cheese
Unroll the crescent dough and place your meat & cheese inside. Wrap each crescent up and cook at 375 for 8-10 minutes. Serve with dipping sauce or plain!

Frozen yogurt bark:
* vanilla yogurt
* fruit
* sprinkles
Spread your yogurt over parchment paper and make an even layer. Add fruit and/or sprinkles. Place in your freezer for 1 hour then break apart the bark and serve immediately. Store leftovers in your freezer!

Christmas sugar cookie dip!

WHAT YOU NEED:
• 1 8-oz tub of cool whip
• 1 packet sugar cookie mix
• 1 tbsp milk
• 8 ounces cream cheese
• 1 tsp vanilla
• christmas sprinkles
• things to dip: graham crackers, cookies, fruit, pretzels etc.

DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat the oven to 350. On a baking sheet, pour your cookie mix. Bake for 5 minutes (for safety measures not consume raw flour)
2. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, milk & vanilla. Add in cooled cake mix and combine for 2-3 minutes with a mixer. Add in the cool whip and blend until smooth.
3. Gently fold in sprinkles to your batter and refrigerate for 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
4. When ready to serve, transfer the dip to a bowl and top with more sprinkles. Serve with graham crackers, cookies, fruit, pretzels, etc. and enjoy!
