Williams Sonoma Peter Rabbit™ Carrot Quick Bread Mix | Williams-Sonoma

Here’s the recipe to my Pumpkin Alfredo Fall Pasta!

INGREDIENTS

12 oz of pasta
2 tablespoons butter
5 garlic cloves, minced (optional)
1 cup pumpkin puree
2 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Veggies/mushrooms of your choice (I like broccoli and mushrooms)

Directions

Cook the pasta.
Heat the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic; saute until soft and fragrant. Add the pumpkin and heavy whipping cream. Simmer until slightly thickened. Add the cheese and stir to combine.
Toss the pasta in the sauce and thin as needed using the reserved cooking liquid. Add veggies and cook until tender. Top with additional Parm and season to taste.

Pro tip: I blend my sauce so my kids don’t know they’re eating veggies!

I feel so much better when I can give my kids homemade food and snacks. It is so nostalgic to eat graham animal crackers, but unfortunately they’re filled with ingredients I don’t like giving my kids.

So here’s a super easy recipe to make your very own delicious animal crackers (my son loves dinosaurs so I shaped them like that) 🦕🦖

INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup brown sugar
3 or 4 tablespoons honey
I large egg
4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
I teaspoon vanilla extract
I cup all-purpose flour
1.5 cup whole wheat flour
I teaspoon baking powder

DIRECTIONS
1. In a bowl, mix the butter, sugar and honey until well combined.
2. Add the egg and vanilla, and continue to whisk until smooth.
3. In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients - all-purpose four, whole wheat flour, baking powder and cinnamon, then mix this into your butter.
4. Shape the dough flat wrap in cling wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
5. Pre-heat the oven to 350°F Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. On a lightly floured surface, roll half of the dough to a 1/4" thickness.
6. Using Cookie Cutters, place the crackers evenly onto the baking sheets and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until lightly golden brown.
