My word for the year is HABITS! This year I’m habit stacking month by month. I’m January, I’ve focused on getting back into physical movement. One mile a day (except for the days the flu TOOK ME OUT) and strength training 3-5 times a week. That’s it. In Feb, I’ll work on adding in a new habit!
