HEART CHEESECAKE ♥️ INGREDIENTS: 1 pie crust 20oz cream cheese, softened 1 cup sugar 1 ½ TBSP flour 2 eggs + 2 egg yolks 1 tsp vanilla 1 TBSP sugar 1 ½ tsp cornstarch 1/3 cup water 1 ½ cup frozen raspberries DIRECTIONS: Beat cream cheese & sugar in mixer. Add rest of ingredients and mix until combined. Pour filling into crust. In saucepan, whisk sugar & cornstarch. Stir in water & raspberries. Bring to boil & whisk for 5min until thick. Strain puree to remove seeds. Cool. Use a dropper & make dots in a circle on cheesecake. Run toothpick through the center of each heart. Bake 350 for 45 minutes. LTKSeasonal LTKhome LTKfamily
