Happy New Year! Here’s hoping that 2022 will bring you everything you wished for! We ended up celebrating from the couch this year and we couldn’t be more content with that! First thing Jan 1st, we cleaned up the house, took down all the Christmas decorations and made a plan for clean eating and exercise! Oh yea…and don’t forget about dry January!
