Granola Breakfast Bar Ingredients - 1/4 cup honey - 2 tbs coconut oil (melted) - 1/2 cup whole almonds (chopped) - 1 cup pumpkin seeds (pepitas) - 1 cup rolled oats - 1/4 cup cranberries Steps - melt coconut oil in microwave in 10 sec increments - simmer honey in saucepan until carmelized - add coconut oil, almonds, pepitas, oats and cranberries - flatten in tin and bake on 275° for 30 minutes • • LTKfamily LTKhome
