Blueberry/Cranberry & Almond Protein Muffins - 1 cup milk or milk alternative - 4 tbs maple syrup or honey - 4 large eggs beaten - 2 bananas mashed - 3 cups almond meal/flour - 1 1/3 cups vanilla protein powder - 2 tsp baking powder - 2 cups fresh/ frozen blueberries/cranberries - 2/3 cups shaved almonds • Mix together and bake at 335 for 25 minutes or until cooked through.
