What did you do?! • • • Short Rib Recipe - Season short ribs with salt and pepper. Heat oil in pan and brown all sides of short ribs. Transfer to slow cooker. - Whisk soy sauce (1/2 c) water (1/2 c), brown sugar (1/4 c), rice vinegar (1/4 c), sesame oil (2 tsp), and red pepper flakes. - Add carrots (3) and onions (1 sliced or minced) to pan. Add garlic (3 cloves) and ginger (chopped) until fragrant. Add soy sauce mixture. - Transfer to slow cooker and cook on low for 9-10 hrs or on high for 4-5 hrs. - Serve over egg noodle (or white rice).
