Our nostalgic Halloween porch makes my heart so very happy! 🎃🎃🎃 I really wanted a front stoop that was reminiscent of childhood, trick or treating and that magical glow of the season so when I was brainstorming the idea with my daughter she said “mom, I can make you a sign for the front door!” and I knew right then and there that this porch was going to be a favorite of mine forever. ❤️ (I showed her my vintage paper Halloween cut outs as inspo and she free handed a design of her own onto a wooden board, dad cut it out then she painted it. She’s 11 and so talented!) This past year I have really stepped back, slowed down and it’s really helped me to live more in the moment. Decorating has always been something I’ve loved mainly because it is a way for me to share a part of myself with the ones I love most, my family!
