When we were in Spain one of our favorite things to grab to drink was the house vermouth at various bars. I really only had experienced vermouth as an ingredient in a cocktail, so it was a whole new experience for me, and all the vermouth we had was absolutely delicious. We grabbed a few bottles to bring home and the first one I’ve opens is this lot fi vermouth, which is delicious. It’s herbaceous, with vanilla, thyme, citrus, rosemary, and hazelnut notes. Are you a fan of vermouth on the rocks, or will you stick to putting it in your manhattans?
