This low or no ABV cocktail is a perfect halloween party cocktail, because it’s super fun and interactive, and you can even put different liqueurs in the syringe for folks who prefer to have an alcoholic version of the drink. I used Ritual non-alcoholic apertif for this version, and it is so delicious! If you are wanting the booze, I would recommend Campari, Aperol, or a local red bitter.
