Some of these I’ve read already (the ina mays guide to childbirth) but I’m sharing all these books for anyone who’s interested in natural birth, home birth, or just births in general. I’ve always been very fascinated by it sometimes I think I should have been a doula 😂🙌🏻 the way God designed birth is just incredible!! All births are perfect in their own way I just plan + God willing hope to do all of mine without intervention unless medically necessary. 🍼👶🏼👼🤰🏼

healthy chili | brad just had sugery so we made this! So super good for someone after a sugery or being sick! Such a healthy superfood of all the good stuff!

*grass fed and finished ground beef with kidneys, liver + heart from a local farm
*pasture bone broth from the farm
*organic carrots, zucchini, celery, peppers, onions
*garlic
*organic black beans and pinto
*organic parsley
*tomatoes juice + tomatoes paste organic *salt pepper + chili seasoning!

Slow cooked for 5 hours!:)

Essential oils = every holistic + natural girlys faves! I always remember growing up and calling my grandma and being like I have this going on. What essential oil should I use and to this day I have utilized essential oils! We diffuse them in the house for scents because we don't use candles or wall plug-ins!! Use them for laundry, cleaning, etc. Truly are just a staple to have in your non-toxic home!
