I am worthy. I am beautiful. My body is deserving of love. I am determined and committed. This is My Transformation. You are so capable of this. You deserve this. I have never questioned my self-worth more then I did in the last year. Feeling so alone in the beginning stages of motherhood. Questioning whether or not I was good enough in every aspect of my life. The past few months have been the beginning of new for me. With some clarity, I am slowly gaining my confidence back, figuring out who the hell I am really am, and realizing I am worthy of so much more then I ever imagined.
