Celebrating 1 year postpartum and the start of @katrinascott new program 6:40 on Monday, I thought I would share a progress photo/ before photo. My journey the past year hasn’t been at all what I expected. I thought as soon as I was cleared to exercise, I would jump right in. That still hasn’t been the case, even after a year. Being consistent with workouts has been a struggle! Not just because my time is spent a little different now, but also, I swear gaining muscle is twice as hard. My body hurts in places I’ve never had problems with before. I have enjoyed walking a lot and playing some tennis, but lifting weights & HIIT workouts kill me! 😅 All this to say that I am proud of how far I have come. This past year was challenging in many different ways. I still have a ways to go and want to build more muscle. Also, eat more balanced meals and definitely drink more water. I’m excited to start a new fitness challenge. If you are doing the new @toneitup challenge, I would love to be your accountability partner.
