If your looking for a new smoothie to try, this is the one!
My husband and I are big time smoothie people. There are lots of different kinds and ways to make them. I’m big on strawberry/banana, The hubs likes oats/berries, and most of the time he adds peanut butter. So made us a combination of the two.
I’m sure there are similar or alike smoothies. But, this is our own little concoction.
Ingredients:
• 3 to 4 bananas (fresh)
• 1/4 cup oats
• 5 strawberries (frozen)
• 2 blackberries (fresh)
• 3 raspberries (fresh)
• 8 blueberries (fresh)
• 2 to 2 1/2 cups almond milk (or milk of your choice)
• 1 tsp vanilla
• small drizzle of raw unfiltered honey (or more depending on dietary restrictions)
• Few scoops of ice
