I have linked a cheaper version of everything in the Similar Items. The pants are old TOTEME I’ve linked a similar pair. The Toteme pants linked don’t have belt loops but are a great crop pants the Theory ones have belt loops. Everything else is exact. Wearing the tshirt in XS, runs big.
